Developer offers to fund part of Tree Farm pond project
Sandoval County rejected SSCAFCA’s request for extra funds for a 9.8 acre foot retaining pond near Tree Farm Pond south of Vista Verde Memorial Park. Developer D E Boyle has offered to pay for part of the project and may help build it along with SSCAFCA. The plan links Tree Farm Pond with the new pond, aiding drainage for Sara's Meadow and Intel runoff.

Sandoval County funds the Indigent Hospital and Health Care program with about $500,000 to aid needy residents.
