Rio Rancho names five city manager finalists

The Rio Rancho Governing Body selects five finalists for city manager and a Nov. 30 public forum at City Hall will introduce them. Finalists include Gary Jackson Deer Park Texas Charles Montoya Castle Rock Colorado Jim Pascale Princeton Township New Jersey Dennis Stark Nevada and Tim Zisoff Indianola Iowa.
