Citation Causes Commotion In Rid Rancho Corrales Heights
Mavis Alleyne and neighbor Richard Quanz were arrested Friday over a dispute with police while a citation was issued for a garbage bill. Alleyne faced charges of nonpayment, assault on an officer and resisting arrest, while Quanz faced two counts of interfering with a police officer. Both were released that day. arraignments set for December 2. Police and witnesses described an altercation beginning around 2:30 p.m. Friday.
