Corrales musicians plan Hobbs concert
Corrales artists will feature at the New Mexico Music Teachers Association Convention hosted by Hobbs, November 18 to 20. George Willink, selected 1983 state composer, will premiere Sonata for Bassoon Violincello and Piano. He teaches in residence at Jemez Pueblo Federal Schools and resides in Corrales.

Erica Yvonne Otero and Eric Lyle Weiss of New Mexico travel to New York to join the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade as members of the 1983 McDonald's All American High School Band. The 104 member group includes top high school musicians from across the states plus the District of Columbia, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. New Mexico residents can watch the performance on network television.
