Mac's Steak in the Rough expands to Rio Rancho
The 66 year old New Mexico chain plans a second location in Latitudes on NM 528 across from Intel in Rio Rancho. The 3,000 square foot space will host about 40 seats with no drive through and will serve steak in the rough burgers and breakfast items like burritos huevos rancheros and waffles.
