Kids are artists too who this year color Rio Rancho
Thirty two local children under 43 are published artists in Rio Rancho's 15th annual Kids Are Tourists Too coloring book unveiled at a Santa Ana Star Center reception. Winners received a city badge and a $10 Vanilla Bean gift card, with 3,000 copies printed for distribution at City Hall, Star Center, hotels and select eateries. Emma Hatch, 11, designed the cover, while siblings Priscilla Salazar and Robert Salazar Jr. earned spots for the second straight year, showcasing balloons and monster trucks among other local attractions.
