Rio Rancho Finance Chief Receives National Accounting Award
Michele Finley, manager of the City of Rio Rancho Finance Services and Accounting Division, won the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014 CAFR.
