Pending home sales rise in April in Rio Rancho
The Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors reports April data showing a 20 percent rise in pending home sales and a 6.93 percent higher average sales price in Rio Rancho year over year. Active listings fell nearly 30 percent while average days on market rose from 76 to 92. In Rio Rancho 97 single-family homes sold, condos and townhomes 4, average sale price 192,305, median 172,900.
