Maurice Herrera, 49, Bernalillo, faces telephone harassment and protection order charges after March 8 and 10 at Freemont Hills Loop. William Webster, 41, Ponderosa, served with warrant at Spring Road. Jeanette Baca, 40, Serena Drive, served with misdemeanor warrant at home. Michael Thompson, 38, Tierra Abierta Place, charged with arson. Tranquelino Archuleta, 31, Mesa Grande Loop, charged with battery on a household member and child abuse.
