Rio Rancho Civic Day carnival and city forester appoint

The Rio Rancho Civic Day festival features a full schedule from 10:30 a.m. with a Battle of the Living Planets game, Aztec Dancers, teen bands from Cibola High and Lincoln Middle, local choirs, karate demos, and a six-pizzeria contest with Domino’s and others providing contestants. Meanwhile, District Forester Rossbach takes over the Bernalillo district overseeing over 6 million acres. A raffle prizes hotel and airfare to Las Vegas, with tickets to be sold locally.
