Bitter hunt for missing Pitzer remains in rugged mine region
In a tale of loss and fear, Benton and Hill recall the search for Pitzer, believed killed and scattered near the Red Dog Mine. The mother seeks her daughter’s remains, while Hill faced fear inspecting the mine hole. A suspect, Steve Wilkinson, was seen near the mine before related events, with Pitzer’s ultimate fate tied to a plane crash in Colorado. The case aired on Disappeared in 2010.
