Rio Rancho Ends Monthly Recycling Program This Saturday
Rio Rancho wraps up its monthly recycling program with a final collection this Saturday March 21 from 9 am to 2 pm in City Hall parking lot. Beginning next month a weekly curbside program replaces it. Proceeds fund ongoing recycling efforts and the program began January 1991 under Keep Rio Rancho Beautiful.

Curbside Recycling Bins Available in Rio Rancho
Waste Management of New Mexico will start a city wide curbside recycling program in Rio Rancho the first week of April. Each residence receives a free bin, with distribution at City Hall March 21 and March 28 from 8 am to 2 pm in the west parking lot. Residents must bring ID with current address or pick up at Waste Management offices later. The bins include packing guidelines and accepted items.
