Masters class keeps swimmers in stroke
Rio Rancho Fire Department battalion chief Richard Doty improved from barely swimming to a 90 minute workout after joining the early morning masters group at the Rio Rancho Aquatic Center. Led by coach Jason Petty and Fit Fundamentals, the program meets three times weekly for stroke technique, fitness and camaraderie, with plans to grow to 12 to 15 members.
