Rio Rancho seeks developers for Loma Colorado project
Rio Rancho invites development proposals for Unit 13 a 330 acre area west of Vista Hills near Loma Colorado de Abajo. A building moratorium runs through December as the city seeks plans for a cultural and recreational center including a performing arts venue police HQ and a sports stadium. Proposals are due April 5 with potential land assembly by purchase or condemnation for redevelopment.
