Judge William R. Conner presided February 27 to March 2 hearings. Matthew Salas faced third offense DWI open container no license and contempt. contempt dismissed with a 515 dollar fine and 60 days in jail. Daniel Cline received 125 dollar fine and 17 days with 10 days credit, seven days suspended on probation and screening payments. Leroy Archibeque charged with DWI first offense reckless driving fleeing and eluding. 1225 dollar fine 30 days jail with 300 dollars and 25 days suspended plus one year probation two AA meetings weekly and treatment program and 100 hours community service. Donald J. Chavez faced second offense DWI interference with officers drug paraphernalia reckless driving financial responsibility and no license. 640 dollar fine and 90 days straight jail.
