Scott Schroeder Memorial Bike Ride to aid cancer research
Cyclists of all ages will depart from UNM Cancer Center on March 18 for the first Scott Schroeder Memorial Bike Ride. The event aims to raise at least $50,000 for the Scott Schroeder Memorial Fund supporting cancer research and early detection, honoring Schroeder who died in 2009. Team TSS has raised $16,472 toward the goal. registration begins 8:30 a.m. with rides from 20 to 45 miles and a rolling start around 10 to 10:30 a.m.
