Century celebrate Kenninger to mark 101st birthday
Rio Rancho resident Helene Kenninger born March 4, 1894 in Dewitt Michigan will celebrate her 101st birthday. She recalls witnessing 19 presidents, early airplane and moon landings, and 20th century changes from candles to kerosene to electric trolleys. She moved to Cleveland, married in 1919, later to Rio Rancho in 1980 to be near daughters. She remains active, enjoys outings, and plans celebrations through March with family reunions.
