Castles and chocolate and buildings and plays in academy
Rio Rancho Public Schools Summer Academy offers Architecture Comes Alive where middle schoolers design blueprints and build scale models, An Adventure with Dragons turns rooms into castles, Oceans and Chocolate explores chocolate origins with math and science, and the Summer Theater Conservatory trains third to fifth graders for two plays and a dance finale. Over 1000 students enrolled in year one with scholarships from local groups.
