Brothers Tortorici vow to stay true as police officers
Sal and Anthony Tortorici, Rio Rancho natives and sons of a longtime plumber, remain committed to law enforcement after joining the police academy and attending Officer Benner’s funeral. Both brothers have faced danger, with two Rio Rancho officers killed in eight months, and their path includes time with Bernalillo and Sandoval County agencies, plus Sal’s prior high school athletic feats.
