Sandoval County Commission approved a resolution to issue industrial revenue bonds ranging from 1 million to 50 billion to attract and retain business. The measure, open to eligible projects, aims to reduce borrowing costs and support Sandoval Economic Alliance efforts while not affecting residents’ property taxes. The act follows historic IRBs for Intel in 1980 and 2004.
