The ninth annual Casey's Clinic on child safety seats, free of charge with no appointment, runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 20, at the Target store area on Loma Colorado Drive. Officer Germaine Casey, killed in 2007, is remembered. Rio Rancho police, Safer New Mexico Now, fire personnel, and PHI helicopter participate.
