Correction On Rio Rancho Mayors Outside Employment Language
Rio Rancho Observer corrects a page five report on the full time mayor showing that the charter referendum requires no Governing Body permission for outside jobs. The proper text states the mayor must devote full time to duties and may hold outside work only if it does not materially conflict with those duties.
