Rio Rancho teen killed as 14-year-old held in homicide case
The Rio Rancho shooting left 15-year-old William Rider Jr. dead from a single gunshot. Police arrested 14-year-old Paul Lithgow at the scene and held him at the Santa Fe Detention Center as investigators probe whether the death was accidental or intentional.
