Publicity chairmen must submit typed double spaced notices with margins for edits. Include who what where why how and the name address and daytime phone of the organization’s publicity head. Deliver community event briefs to the Observer by noon Friday the week before publication. after the meeting reports are not accepted and photos are rare unless newsworthy and high quality.
