Rio Rancho Council races draw 15 candidates for four seats
Fifteen Rio Rancho residents including three incumbents and one former councilor formally declared for four open City Council seats. Nominations were filed last Tuesday in City Hall ahead of the March 3, 1992 election. Polls run 8 am to 7 pm with a Home Rule Charter proposal and a $2.7 million parks and recreation bond on the ballot.
