Rio Rancho governing body approved all city staff recommendations after a second vote on mid year budget adjustments. The 4-1 ruling followed a 3-2 delay vote with Councilor Wilkins dissenting and Councilor Scott absent. Mayor Hull noted renewal rules while Wilkins warned of setting a precedent. The package includes a 300000 transfer to start a DWI vehicle seizure program and other shifts to fund roads and park rule updates.
