Developer seeks up to 25 million in tax exempt bonds for a 222 unit elder care complex on 18 acres beside Meadowlark Center with a six villa and four story building layout and a shared amenity facility. Local concerns focus on fire protection and bond financing while supporters cite job creation and tax revenue impact.
