Juveniles Arrested Over Local Taco Bell Shooting

Four Albuquerque juveniles face charges linked to a January 25 shooting at a Rio Rancho Taco Bell on NM 528. A 16 year old boy was shot after a gang related fight. One suspect, Arthur Niewiadowski, is also tied to a separate shooting. Curfew enforcement for ages 13 to 17 after 10 30 p m resumed due to juvenile problems.
