Settlement talks underway in Rio Rancho bus crash case
Sandoval County District Attorney Mike Runnels said out of court settlement talks are in progress over two felony charges of causing great bodily harm with a motor vehicle against 81-year-old Blanche Deutsch, the driver of a car that struck 10 Lincoln Middle School children as they boarded a bus on Oct 27.
