Accused molester Hoover arrested after videotaped meeting
Randy Hoover, 32, an accused rapist and child molester from Rio Rancho, faced arrest after a TV crew handed a videotape showing him meeting two alleged victims in Albuquerque. He had been jailed twice in September on sex crime charges involving five children under 13, released on bond with a conditional order of release, and banned from Rio Rancho. The couple’s grandson Michael Brown 16 and two friends Jeremey Rose 17 and Bernadette Setser 16 were detained and charged with the knifing deaths. The case drew on a 911 call from a granddaughter and a missing 1986 Honda. The three suspects were arrested after police traced them to a friend’s house.
