The Cottonwood Auto Plaza on Coors and Ellison grows as Westside dealers add Pine Buick-GMC at a $4 million project. New showroom and service bays, 37,000 square feet, 4.5 acres, hiring 35 to 60 as growth expectations rise. Bob Pitre, owner, says GM studies spurred the choice, with inventory expected at $4–$5 million.
