Hidden World War II Relics Restore Family Ties in Rio Rancho
Rio Rancho lawyer Lance Himmelberger helped sort through a deceased parishioner Elaine Fresh-Loving s estate and recovered World War II memorabilia for Steven Loving of Loveland Colorado including a Bronze Star box and a 1923 baby book. Loving learned his father served 210 days on the front lines in the 26th Infantry Division and retrieved a cache of photos papers and patches that had been lost for years. He plans to take the recovered items to Cheyenne Wyoming for family insight and preservation.
