Rio Rancho considers final on DWI vehicle forfeiture rule
Rio Rancho City Council will give final reading to a proposed DWI Vehicle Forfeiture Ordinance tied to third DWI conviction after license revocation. The measure, crafted from a task force report, would allow seizure and civil forfeiture with proceeds funding Traffic Safety. The council may extend the DWI Task Force through June 30, 1994.
