University of Albuquerque reports record enrollment growth
The University of Albuquerque announces the largest new student body in its history with an eight percent overall enrollment rise for 1973. The growth is tied to the Evening and Extension Division offering two and four year degrees and rotating classes to suit shift workers. The program, led by Joseph M. Zanetti Jr and Glenn Summel, aims to serve working adults with degree opportunities at main campus, KAFB extension, and Belen Center, with potential expansion to the Heights.
