Like nearby cities, Rio Rancho joins Albuquerque and Santa Fe with a break-in at August Arms on Southern Boulevard. Police arrived within three minutes to find the store empty and eight semiautomatic handguns missing. DPS spokesman John Francis notes the burglar acted quickly.
