Neighbors argue Lisbon structure sparks concerns

Sun Country Construction moved a two house onto a Lisbon Avenue lot drawing neighbor objections over appearance and condition. Owner Steve Steele defended the plan, saying the finished home will rival others on the block and meet state city codes. Local residents cite delayed finishing, potential lower property values, and overdue site improvements while inspectors note a one year building permit and pending code compliance.
