Appeals court upholds Corrales order for AT&T tower
The 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a district court ruling requiring Corrales Village to approve AT&T Mobility Services LLC plans for a 65 foot cellphone tower at 325 Academy Drive. The court held the village cannot prohibit wireless service and AT&T made a good faith, least intrusive effort to close the coverage gap. AT&T will proceed with final approvals and move forward per the ruling.
