Clowning around in Corrales and safety belt history

A historical note traces 1950s car seat belt patents by Glenn Sheren and the later US safety push culminating in the 1966 act. It also highlights Rio Rancho author Ben Radford examining clowns in Bad Clowns, his 216 page study from University of New Mexico Press, with tour dates across New Mexico libraries and bookstores.
