Three Marion Men Arrested After 45 Minute Chase
A high speed chase lasting about 45 minutes began in LaRue and ended near Richwood at the St. Rt. 4 and 37 intersection when a roadblock stopped the fleeing car. Driver Quito Monty E. Noyes 28 was charged with driving while intoxicated and fleeing arrest. Passengers Kenneth Reynolds 31 and Mark Ervin 32 faced disorderly conduct while intoxicated charges.
