Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Morey and Creviston chapel, conducted by Rev. Hugh I Evans. The Langstaff-Ross Road from Bethlehem cemetery to Claiborne and to Jolliff Corner, totaling 5.1 miles, was finished two months early after starting last October. Richwood Sand and Gravel Co. supplied coarse material while limestone from Marion and Kenton supplied fine material. The Union Macadam Co. of Sigetin built the road as part of several improvements toward Richwood this season.

Cyrus Tonguet Dies Sunday at County Home
Cyrus Tonguet died Sunday evening at the county home from paralysis after a brief stay of about one month. Born February 23, 1854, he was the son of Malcum Tonguet and lived his life in the community. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 PM at the Baptist church with Rev. J. E. Kidwell officiating. Burial at Claiborne cemetery conducted by S. R. Sanders.
