Eva Morris, 70, died Monday morning at her Leesburg township home from nephritis. Born April 30, 1558 in Leesburg, she was daughter of Marshal and Elizabeth Morris. Survived by brother William Morris and sisters Mrs. John Park and Miss Charlotte Morris. sister Frances Morris died earlier this year. Funeral Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the home, Rev. Clyde Parish and Rev. O V Sharrock officiating. Burial at Hopewell cemetery by Lloyd Winter and Son.

Hamilton, a Marysville area farmer living four and one half miles west of town, died when a heavy beam toppled during dismantling at neighbor Curtis Connoly’s granary around 9 45 Friday morning. Funeral services were held Sunday at his home with Oakdale Cemetery burial. He was born August 27 1860 in Union County and survived by his wife three daughters and two sons, plus six brothers in surrounding areas.
