Death of Mrs Emma Dilsaver Due to Rare Disease
Mrs Emma Magdalene Dilsaver widow of Michael Dilsaver died at her Richwood area home last Wednesday night at 8:45. Cause given as glanders a rare human disease contracted from a diseased cow after an operation on Wednesday afternoon. Born December 29 1859 in Jackson township she was 63. Surviving daughters include Mrs M C Clements and Mrs Mabel Clements. She leaves a sister two brothers and a stepmother. Funeral held Friday at 2:30 at the home with Rev C A Freer in charge. Burial in Claiborne cemetery mausoleum. Lloyd Winter funeral director.
