Cemetery Thefts Result in Fine for Rt 2 Man
Harold R. Evans of Rt 2 Richwood pleaded guilty in Marysville Municipal Court to possession of stolen property tied to cemetery thefts. He was fined 100 dollars plus 50.45 court costs and jailed 30 days, suspended on good conduct for two years, later committed for the fines.
