Mrs. Ruth Weller of 118 W Bomford retires after 43 years teaching third grade in the Richwood system. A charter member of Delta Kappa Gamma and active in local and state teachers groups she ends a long career begun in 1922 after schooling in Thompson Township and Richwood. She is mother to Jack Weller and Eileen Stephenson and enjoys rose gardening and hybrid tea roses beyond her classroom duties.
