Jay B. Willis died at his Delaware home after a nine week paralysis illness. He was a Civil War veteran and father of States Senator-elect Frank B. Willis. Survived by sons Frank B. Willis Lloyd Willis of Chicago and Buell Willis near Sunbury. Funeral at 10 a m Thursday at the home with burial in Delaware.

Bulgarian Kills Man at Scioto Yard
Yulich, a Bulgarian, bound over to Marion grand jury on first degree murder charge after a quarrel at the C. D. and M. power plant in Scioto. He allegedly struck Elmer Edwards with a gas pipe, injuring him. Edwards, 26, died at Marion City Hospital Saturday morning.

Mrs. William Ocker, 39, died at her Marion home after a six week illness from heart trouble and dropsy. Born August 11, 1881, she was the daughter of J. F. and Martha E. Lewis and married in 1906.
