The Richwood farmers institutes have run fourteen years and bring pleasure and profit to locals dependent on farm products. The committee secured two top state speakers and local talent, with Richwood public schools providing music. Farmers within ten miles should attend with family to learn about the vocation.
The Union County Teachers Association will hold its next meeting at Unionville Center Ohio on Saturday December with members and others interested invited. The program includes music by Milford Center Quartette invocations addresses recitations discussions and papers led by named local educators and officials.

Golden wedding anniversary of J K Dodge and wife celebrated with nine children sixteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren present. Samuel Eaton dies at London while laying brick in sewerage work. Eaton formerly led local Democratic party in Dover township.
Howard Jones resigns as superintendent and secretary of the Marysville Light and Water company effective January 1 to join Standard Stamping. George P. Zwerner will be superintendent and Samuel L. Church secretary, with assurances that these men will protect company interests.
The Marion Star reports Charles F Garberson the local attorney, involved in a domestic dispute with his wife at their East Center Street home. Police and Justice H C Thompson handle the case after Mrs Garberson affidavited assault and battery. Garberson is released on recognizance while he and his wife are described as seriously injured.
