Approximately twenty five people attended the November Birthday party and Lecture Day at the Civic Center the last Thursday Nov 29. Dr W P e spoke on Nutrition For Older People stressing higher protein and lower fats and carbohydrates. He noted vitamins aid children under 10 and seniors over 50. Next Thursday 2:30 Chuck Adams and Ralph Godwin will discuss Wills. Friday 2:30 a film The Times of Teddy Roosevelt. First and third Fridays are Entertainment Day. Surprise Day led by Mrs Charles Stickell will be the 2nd Friday. A Christmas program is planned December 22 by Dorothy Burbaugh. All events are free.

Thieves Enter Local Implement Store Break In Sunday Night
The Richwood Implement Company was broken into Sunday evening through the rear entrance. Thieves used a small pipe to trip the lock and took about 200 dollars from an unlocked safe before resecuring it. Sheriff Ed Amrine and Deputy Charles Davis collected fingerprints as they investigate.
