NU Queen And Court In Parade Sunday
The 1968 North Union Homecoming Queen Terry Northrup and her court will appear in the Marysville Jaycees Christmas Parade this Sunday December 8 starting at 4 30 p m. The parade starts at Five Points and travels to Main Sixth and ends at the Court House where a tree lighting and caroling will follow. Jaycee wives will offer free coffee hot chocolate milk cookies and doughnuts in the MJHS gym after the event.

Car Train Crash in Richwood Injures Three
A Richwood man and his two children were injured when their car struck by a southbound Erie Lackawanna train at the N Franklin Street crossing. Mrs Nannie Conley suffered serious injuries while her son Hubert Jr and daughter Betty had abrasions and were treated and released. Mrs Conley remained in fair condition Tuesday. The incident prompted police to investigate at a known hazardous crossing repeatedly cited for accidents and limited visibility due to crossing approaches and nearby parked boxcars.
