Driver Cited For OMVI After Maple Dell Road Crash
Lucella Marrs a 27 year old resident of Marysville was hospitalized after a one car crash on Maple Dell Road southeast of Magnetic Springs Friday evening. She lost control near the Paul Styer residence ran off the road through a wire fence struck a large tree overturned and came to rest on its side. She was rescued from the back seat by Leesburg Fire Department and Richwood Emergency Squad and taken to Grady Memorial Hospital then University Hospital Columbus released Monday. OMVI citation issued by Patrol.

Police Chief William Marvin announced his resignation this week with an anticipated effective date of Nov. 3. He notified the Gazette early Tuesday morning and gave a verbal resignation to Mayor Don Parsons that same morning. No further comment was provided.
