The Richwood Junior Fair Board held its second meeting on July 25 at the secretarys office with Shelley Davis presiding. Da vid Jeffiers the new Union County 4 H agent was introduced to thirteen members. Attending were Lowell Wilson John McNam ee and John Bell from the senior fair board. Three improvement projects were approved with members assigned to supply duties. Work sessions are planned for August with reports and preparations at the fairgrounds on August 20 28 and 29 with 8 00 a m start and a final morning meeting followed by work.
